Larry: OK... and we’re off the air.
Kathy: Wow! Can you believe how hot it is today?
Max: I know. It’s really hot.
Larry: Yes, it’s hot today. Summer is finally here!
Kathy: And it’s so humid!
It feels like it’s going to rain.
But I don’t think it will.
Larry: We had the air conditioning on all night.
Max: We did, too.
Is it always this hot and humid in D.C., Larry?
Larry: Unfortunately, yes.
And years ago nobody had air conditioning.
Kathy: What did you do?
Larry: We had fans! Lots of fans!
And we slept with the windows open.
Kathy: The weather report says it’ll get better by the end of the
week.
Larry: I sure hope so!

than stored.
Blake: Absolutely. We can guarantee delivery by air
within thirty-six hours.
And our technical support will be available
twenty-four hours a day!
Chap: Excellent!
