US COAST GUARD UKRAINE: Ukrainian sailors who have been trained by the U.S. Coast Guard are now conducting exercises at sea. The sailors are using U.S. Coast Guard Island-class cutters that will later be passed on to the Ukrainian fleet. Ostap Yarysh has the story, narrated by Anna Rice.
