Leaders from a bloc of East African countries plan to meet in Nairobi Friday to discuss the ongoing crisis in South Sudan. The United Nations says inter-ethnic fighting there has left more than 1,000 people dead since clashes began nearly two weeks ago. VOA's Mike Richman reports.
