US Police Chief Pushes for Tougher Gun Laws
U.S. lawmakers are considering new laws that would expand background checks for gun buyers. The proposed legislation comes more than four months after a lone gunman killed 20 school children and six educators at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.
