Thai leaders, looking for alternate energy sources to be used in the future, have proposed that ASEAN members jointly develop bio-diesel fuel to supplement oil or fossil fuel and encouraged new ASEAN members, which still have a lot of natural resources, to be producers and suppliers of raw materials needed to produce sustainable bio-diesel fuel supplies.
