Venerable Anongsack Kousakoummane, a visiting Buddhist monk from Laos, talks to VOA about the creation of the Lao Buddhist Center and the annual celebration of That Luang stupa in Japan.
Venerable Anongsack says the Lao community in the city of Aikawa, Japan, inaugurated the Lao Buddhist Center in June of this year, and organized their first annual That Luang festival at the center.
