Islam Talat, 26, says he was freed from "an accusation of protest last week." He says he was protesting Egypt's plan to hand over Tiran and Sanafer islands to Saudi Arabia, a move that has sparked the largest anti-government street protests in Egypt since President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi took office two years ago.
