US Condemns Well-documented' IS Atrocities

The United States has condemned the deaths and atrocities committed by Islamic State in its campaign of terror in Iraq. A State Department official commented on a new United Nations report that says close to 19,000 civilians were killed in Iraq between early 2014 and late 2015,
