Students Stage Rare, Risky Protest in Myanmar’s Capital

Students held a second day of demonstrations Saturday in a rare but illegal protest in Myanmar's commercial capital against legislation to centralize control of universities. VOA Correspondent Steve Herman was there and has this report from Yangon.
