Obama Hails Iran Deal, Begins Salesmanship

President Barack Obama hailed the framework accord to limit Iran’s nuclear program and launched what will be a protracted campaign to sell the deal to the American public and a Republican-led Congress — many members of which have been skeptical or even disdainful of negotiations with Tehran.
