Nine Dead in Shooting at Historic Black Church in Southern US

Nine people are dead after a gunman opened fire in an African American church in the southeastern U.S. city/state of Charleston, South Carolina Wednesday night, in an attack police are investigating as a hate crime. Authorities say the gunman is still at large and believed to be extremely dangerous. VOA's Richard Green has more.
