Palestinians Kill 4 in Attack on Jerusalem Synagogue

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed his government will respond "harshly" to Tuesday's attack on a synagogue in Jerusalem that left four worshippers dead and wounded six others. VOA's Jeff Custer has more on the latest violence in Jerusalem.
