Charges Announced Against Baltimore Police Officers Over Death of Freddie Gray

The chief prosecutor in the eastern U.S. city of Baltimore has announced there is probable cause to file criminal charges against the police officers involved in the arrest of Freddie Gray. State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby said the state medical examiner determined his death in police custody last month was a homicide.
