Cambodian Immigrant Aims to Make History in Taiwan Election

A record number of candidates are running in Taiwan’s legislative elections on Saturday, the same day voters will choose a new president. Among them is one candidate, born in Cambodia, who is poised to make history by possibly becoming the island’s first immigrant lawmaker.
