Developers of Laos' Nam Theun 2 Hydro-electric Power Project say they are ready to evacuate villagers from the reservoir area of the controversial 1.2 billion-dollar dam, and express confidence that the villagers' well-being will improve once they move into the new villages that will be built with all the necessary accommodations.
