Vannasone Keodara, who received her MFA in Computer Art from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, talks to VOA about a short documentary that she herself produced about her life and her homeland, entitled "The Leaf, Not Yet Falling."
The film was nominated as the best documentary film in the US-ASEAN Film, Video, & Photography Festival, recently held in Washington D.C., and received favorable reviews from the audience although it did not win.
