Laos' Ambassador to Thailand, Hiem Phommachanh, rejects a Sri Lankan newspaper article reporting that representatives of the Sri Lankan Tamil rebels tried to negotiate an arms deal with a Russian weapons export company in Vientiane.
The Ambassador says there is no such company in Laos.
