Laos' new Prime Minister Bouasone Bouphavanh vows to implement the resolutions of the 8th Party Congress strictly so as to achieve success in every field, particularly in the area of economic development, the Lao Prime Minister says ne will work for an annual growth rate of 7.5% from 2006-2010.
