Will the US government shut down on Trump's 100th Day in Office?

The U.S. Congress has just a few days to finish negotiations on a fiscal year 2017 budget. If lawmakers can't reach an agreement by midnight on April 28th, the government will shut down. VOA's congressional reporter Katherine Gypson explains what this means for the Trump presidency.
