Ukraine Refugees Not Ready to Return Home Despite Cease-fire Agreement

As a renewed cease-fire deal is signed in Minsk, fighting between Ukrainian forces and Russia-backed rebels in the east continues and a million civilians have been displaced. Many who fled the violence now live off charity and, despite the negotiations, few believe they will return home any time soon. VOA's Daniel Schearf visited some of them in a monastery and school in Svyatohirsk and has this report.
