Obama Vows Allied Coalition to Degrade and Destroy Islamic State

President Barack Obama is vowing to go after Islamic State militants wherever they exist, including in Syria. In a speech to the American public Wednesday, the president announced the United States will lead what he says will be a broad coalition to roll back the terrorist threat posed by the extremist group.
