NSA Spying Charges Shake US Alliances

Reports that the U.S. National Security Agency has spied on America's allies, and even tapped German Chancellor Angela Merkel's mobile phone, have unsettled some of Washington's key alliances. As VOA's Kent Klein tells us, several European leaders are calling for steps to limit U.S. surveillance.
