Israeli President: Kerry Making Progress on Resuming Mideast Peace Talks

Israeli President Shimon Peres says U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who is in Jordan, is making "real progress" on resuming Israeli-Palestinian peace talks which broke down in 2010. VOA State Department Correspondent Scott Stearns reports from the Jordanian capital.
