New Threats Put Korean Peninsula on Edge

The Korean peninsula is in a heightened state of alert following renewed threats from the North - with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un putting his rocket units on standby saying the "time has come to settle accounts" with the United States. VOA's Jeff Seldin reports.
