Illuminated Boats Display Creative Holiday Themes

Thousands of people recently lined the harbor in historic Annapolis, Maryland, to feast their eyes on a holiday tradition: the annual boat parade of lights. About 40 boats adorned with colored lights and decorations for the winter holidays delighted the crowds.
