Obama on the Offensive, Romney in Broad Agreement on Foreign Policy

Political analysts say President Barack Obama went on the offensive in his final debate with Republican challenger Mitt Romney, while Mr. Romney sought to emphasize the many foreign policy issues the two candidates agree on and to present himself as a reasonable person who could be commander-in-chief.
