ປະທານອົງການ OSCE ກ່າວວ່າ ການປະຕິບັດການ ຂອງຣັດເຊຍ ແມ່ນ 'ການກໍ່ການຮ້າຍໂດຍລັດຖະບານ'

ປະທານອົງການເພື່ອຄວາມໝັ້ນຄົງ ແລະການຮ່ວມມື ໃນຢູໂຣບ ກ່າວໃນມື້ວັນຈັນວານນີ້ວ່າ ການ​ແນ​ເປົ້າ​ໝາຍ​ຂອງ​ຣັດ​ເຊຍໃສ່ພົນລະເຮືອນຊາວຢູເຄຣນ​ຕະ
ຫຼອດ​ເຖິງໂຮງຮຽນ ແລະໂຮງໝໍຕ່າງໆນັ້ນ ແມ່ນ “ການກໍ່ການຮ້າຍໂດຍລັດຖະ ບານ.”

“ກອງກໍາລັງທີ່ຮຸກຮານ ເລີ້ມແນເປົ້າໝາຍໃສ່ປະຊາຊົນພົນລະເຮືອນ ແລະພື້ນ ຖານໂຄງລ່າງ ເພື່ອພະຍາຍາທໍາລາຍຈິດວິນຍານຂອງປະຊາຊົນຊາວຢູເຄຣນ,” ທ່ານຊິກນິວ ຣາວ (Zbigniew Rau) ກ່າວ. “ນີ້ແມ່ນເລື້ອງທີ່ໜ້າເສຍໃຈ, ໜ້າອັບອາຍ ແລະຄືກັບການກໍ່ການຮ້າຍໂດຍລັດຖະບານ. ບັນດາໂຮງຮຽນ ໂຮງໝໍ ແລະໂຮງຮຽນອະນຸບານຕ່າງໆ ແມ່ນ​ຕົກເປັນເປົ້າໝາຍ ຂອງການທໍາລາຍດ້ວຍອາວຸດທີ່ຖືກຫ້າມນໍາໃຊ້ໃນລະດັບສາກົນໂດຍເຈດຕະນາ.”

ອົງການສະຫະປະຊາຊາດໄດ້ກ່າວວ່າ ມີລາຍງານທີ່ໜ້າເຊື່ອຖືວ່າ ກອງກໍາລັງທະຫານຂອງຣັດເຊຍ ນໍາໃຊ້ລະ​ເບີດ​ລູກ​ຫວ່ານຢູ່ໃນບໍລິເວນທີ່ມີປະຊາຊົນອາໄສຢູ່.

ທ່ານກ່າວວ່າ “ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າມີພຽງຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບອັນດຽວ ສໍາລັບຂໍ້ກ່າວຫາປະເພດນີ້: ຄວາມເປັນກາງສິ້ນສຸດລົງ ເມື່ອການລະເມີດກົດໝາຍ ທາງດ້ານມະນຸດສະທໍາລະຫວ່າງປະເທດທີ່ເຫັນໄດ້ຢ່າງຈະແຈ້ງນັ້ນ ໄດ້ເລີ້ມຕົ້ນຂຶ້ນ.”

ທ່ານ ຣາວ ໄດ້ຮຽກຮ້ອງໃຫ້ ຣັດເຊຍ ແລະ ເບລາຣຸສ ໂດຍມີກອງກໍາລັງທະ ຫານຂອງ ຣັດເຊຍ ຢູ່ໃນດິນແດນຂອງຕົນ ແລະໄດ້ຖືກກ່າວ​ຫາວ່າ ອະນຸຍາດໃຫ້ຍິງລູກສອນ ໄຟຈາກດິນແດນ​ຂອງ​ຕົນ ​ໃຫ້​ຢຸດ​ເຊົາ “ຄວາມພະຍາຍາມອັນປ່າເຖື່ອນນີ້.” ທ່ານກ່າວວ່າ ມັນບໍ່ໄດ້ເປັນປະໂຫຍດຫຍັງເລີຍທັງຕໍ່ລັດຖະບານ ແລະປະຊາຊົນຂອງພວກເຂົາເຈົ້າເອງ, ແລະມີແຕ່ຈະແຍກທັງສອງປະເທດນີ້ ໃຫ້ຕ້ອງຢູ່ຢ່າງໂດດດ່ຽວ ໃນລະດັບສາກົນຕໍ່ໄປ.
