Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in the Hague for the E.U.-Russian Summit today where the disputed Ukrainian presidential election is expected to top the egenda. EU Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso has said the 25-member bloc will make it clear to the Russian President that the EU is not "satisfied" with Ukraine's disputed election.

The U.S. military says it has uncovered a large stockpile of weapons inside a Fallujah mosque led by a key insurgent leader. The military did not specify the number of weapons found, but called it the "largest weapons cache to date in the city"-- a one-time rebel bastion.

Mr. Thaksin told reporters today that if there is any attempt at the summit to bring up the issue, he will fly back to Thailand.
