Construction of the Nam Heuang Bridge connecting Laos’ Sayabouly province and Thailand’s Loei province has been completed. The Lao and Thai foreign ministers will preside over the opening ceremony on Oct. 28, and will sign two agreements managing the use of the bridge and facilitating the trade, transport, and tourism links between the two countries.
