A vietnamese football official says Ludovic Casset, whose mother is from Vietnam, will arrive in Hanoi Sunday for skills testing. The official says Casset, who plays for a French amateur squad, can obtain Vietnamese citizenship ahead of December's Southeast Asian Tiger Cup.
