Chechen election officials say a man has blown himself up near a voting station in the southern Russian republic, where balloting was taking place in a special presidential election. Officials say the incident took place today in the provincial capital, Grozny, when an unidentified young man ran from the police who tried to question him about a package he was trying to bring inside a polling station. No other injuries are reported.
