Seven Iraqi police officers have been killed and 17 other people wounded in a car bombing near Baquba. The deputy governor of Diyala province was among the wounded. U.S officials say the bombing occured near the home of the deputy 75 kilometers northeast of Baghdad. The official is listed in stable condition.
