Mr. Soutchay Thammasith, Laos Internal Security Minister, says many of the cases involving drug arrests in neighboring countries had nothing to do with Laos, and the allegations that those drugs came from Laos are not true and are simply slanders against his country.
Thailand and Vietnam have recently seized sizeable amounts of drugs on their borders with Laos.
