Another bomb exploded in the Lao capital of Vientiane. The explosion took place near a concrete fence outside the Lanxang Hotel. Although it caused little physical damage and no injury, the blast was the third this year that happened in the same area. As in the previous cases, Lao authorities blame what they call “bad elements” who want to undermine peace and stability in the country.
