St. Paul Mayor Randy Kelly recently led a delegation from Minnesota on a trip to Thailand to assess the needs of the Hmong refugees at Wat Tham Krabok, in preparation for the eventual resettlement of some of them in his state.
He talks to VOA-Lao about those needs. The mayor expects between 2,000 to 5,000 will resettle in his state, with the first group to arrive in July.
