United Hmong International Inc. and Lao Human Rights Council Inc. in the US petitioned the U.S. Congress U.S. Government and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to stop the alledged military operations against Hmong and other minorities in Laos, and to bring help to those people who lack of food, medicine, clothing and other necessary supplies.
