Developers of Laos NT2 dam say the World Bank is pleased with all the measures they have taken to minimize the impacts of NT2, and that in the next eighteen months they will start building roads leading to the site and will start making other preparations for the eventual construction of the controversial dam.
The World Bank, however, denies a report that it was poised to give the green light, saying a decision is several months away.
