Laos Foreign Minister confirms his government has requested and been approved a 800 million-bahts loan from Thailand.
The loan will be used to improve Wattay and Pakse airports and get them ready to accommodate the large number of passengers expected to arrive in Laos in November to attend the ASEAN summit that Laos is hosting.
