The Thai Cabinet has approved a budget totalling over 860 million Baht in loans and grants to help Laos build a bridge over the Heuang river and a road from Nan province to Laos' Sayabouli, as well as to improve Wat Tai and Pakse airports.
And the European Investment Bank and the Lao government have agreed to set up a credit line for future investment by overseas Laotians.
