Laotian Foreign Minister, Somsavath Lengsavath, says the U.S. has a good understanding of conditions in Laos, as attested by the progress in many areas of bi-lateral relations. The Foreign Minister called on the U.S government not to make conditional demands in the development of bi-lateral relationship and cooperation.
