Thailand Plans to Reduce Dependency on Neighbors for Energy - 2003-04-02

Thailand says it plans to reduce its reliance on neighboring countries for electricity by 1000 megawatts, which will undoubtedly have a serious impact on Laos' hydro-power projects.
