songwriter of California. Tic Norasingh will jam with the Chitpanya
Band (Laotian American Band of Tennessee) in San Diego for charity concert
which will be hosted by the Lao Cultural Center of San Diego. His latest album
will be available next month and at the concert as well. Today we play one of
Tic's songs: Modd Vela.
