Khouam Houseuk Bork of "Aluna Part II" hits the top chart in very radio staion in Lao PDR. VOA is proudly to present and support this young talented female Laotian artist - Aluna Thavonsouk. In additional to her great voice, Aluna also writes most of her songs. Aluna sees music as a channel to express her thoughts and feelings about love, life and society, she says..."I put some English in my songs because I would like to get attention from the Younger Generation of Laos who live abroad. I have the belief that the English part in my songs will catch their attention and make them want to listen to the Lao messages that I am sending in each song."
VOA plays all three song of Aluna's; the first two are from the second album: Khouam Houseuk Bork and Patthitho and the last song, Kor Ohkard of her first album. Stay tune for the next week's feature.
