Lately, we got a lot of emails requested for songs. This past Sunday, young Laotian American listseners emailed to us and saying that: "My friend and I were born in Laos and grew up in the United States of America. We missed home so much and would love to go back to visit Laos. We love to listen your music program, especially traditional folksong of "Lam Phou Thai" and "Tang Vai." VOA is pleased to play "Lam Phou Thai" to ease their homesick. We also play "Bor Leum Muang Laos" of Ketsana Vilaylack per audience request. The last song is "Kean Ngam Yam Dee" by Kyvong, written by Virath Vongsanga.
