Ly Seu, the leader of the Huay Nam Khao Hmong community in Thailand’s Phetchaboun province, appeals to the international community to help the 30 Hmongs who had recently arrived from Laos and currently being detained by Thai police on charges of illegally entering the country.
He fears they will be sent back to Laos in the near future and that they will face deadly persecution once back in Laos.
