Huay Nam Khao Hmongs Call For Help

The Hmong refugees who live in a makeshift camp along both sides of the road leading to Ban Huay Nam Khao in Thailand's Phetchaboun Province have called for human-itarian assistances from international organizations and the United States for themselves and their families who are still living in hiding in the jungles of Laos and facing starvation.

Lao authorities deny there are Hmong resistance groups hiding in the jungles. But Huay Nam Khao Hmong leader Ly Xeu invites the international community to send representatives and he will take them to meet Mua Tua Ter and other leaders of the Hmong resistance groups in Laos, who are facing starvation because they are surrounded by government troops.
