Ms. Keobang Keola, an environment expert from Lao PDR, has been named to the panel of experts formed by the Asian Development Bank to guide energy strategy for the Greater Mekong Subregion. The panel comprises Dr. Mohan Munasinghe of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, Dr. Johan Rockstrom of Stockholm Environment Institute, and Dr. Akrasanee Narongchai of the Executive Board of the Export-Import Bank of Thailand.
