The Hmong refugees living along the sides of the road leading to Ban Huay Nam Khao in Thailand's Phetchaboun province appeal to the international community for help in locating their children who were sent back to Laos late last year, and whose where-abouts are unknown.
A Hmong mother, whose four offsprings were among the 27 Hmong children arrested by Thai police in early December 2005 and sent to Laos, told VOA that she and other parents have been so worried about their children that their health has deteriorated, and some parents have become sick because of the worries and concerns.
