11/19/05 World News: APEC Leaders Pledge Action on Trade, Bird Flu


Asian and Pacific leaders have ended a summit in Busan, South Korea with a call for greater efforts to open world markets and more measures to stop a possible bird flu pandemic.

President Bush has addressed American troops in South Korea, saying U.S. forces will remain in Iraq until victory is achieved.

President Bush says a future reduction in U.S. forces based in South Korea will help in the fight against terror elsewhere.

The United States, Britain and Australia have issued new security warnings for their citizens living in or traveling to Indonesia.
