“This is my very first time to visit VOA. I’m very thrilled and excited. It had always been my dream to visit VOA and I finally made it.” She told us in a recent interview while visiting VOA last month.
Daraphet is considered as an idol by many rising singers. Her recommendation for those who love to sing and are considering singing as a career choice is that…“Make sure that you take good care of your health, and respect those who come before us, whether he or she is a singer or teacher. Another advise for becoming a great singer is to be yourself. Learn from past singers, but do create your own characteristics and be the true you.”
“Avasan Huk” is her latest album and it is now available. Daraphet concludes her interview by saying that …”I will continue to sing and produce quality Lao music for Laotians both in and outside Laos. I also would like to thank all the fans for their support and continued support to move forward Lao music and Lao entertainment industry.”
